- The range for each of these areas is decided by our delivery partner.
- If postcode does not match state during checkout, delivery postcode will determine the delivery window.
- If invalid postcode is added, then the delivery window will = 8 business days
- Above delivery timings apply to all products except bed frames. If your order includes a bed frame, your order might be delayed slightly, but will still be delivered within 8 business days. A customer service personnel will inform you if any delay is necessary for your bed frame order.
Delivery FAQs
Metropolitan cities in Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney & Perth will receive their orders the next business day if ordered before 13:50pm (AEST). Orders placed after 13:50pm (AEST) will be delivered the following working day.
Example:
A mattress ordered at 12:00pm AEST on Monday will be delivered on Tuesday,
and a mattress ordered at 14:10pm on Monday will be delivered on Wednesday.
A mattress ordered at 13:10am on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday,
and a mattress ordered at 7:00pm on Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday.
You will be able to receive your item the next day as long as:
- The items you order are currently in stock
- You live in Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney or Perth metro
- Your order is made before 13:50pm (AEST)
All delivery times outlined in the table above are applicable when an order is made before 13:50pm (AEST). For orders past this time, an additional day will be needed for delivery
