Rescuing Roos in the Australian Outback

Donations from Origin help The Kangaroo Sanctuary rescue, rehabilitate and release orphaned baby kangaroos back into the wild. TKS preserves a 188 acre wildlife sanctuary for rescued kangaroos, as well as educates and encourages the local population on wildlife preservation.

With our donations to WWF-Australia, Origin helps to protect Australia’s native species such as kangaroos, quokkas, baudin’s black cockatoos and green turtles from threats pushing them to extinction. 

Planting Trees to Restore Local Habitats 

Origin is planting 1 tree for every mattress sold in 2022 to help restore and preserve local habitats and provide a safe, sustainable home for our furry marsupial friends and beyond.

Why Kangaroos?

The Kangaroo is not only the perfect symbol for Australia, but for Origin too.
 
Kangaroos are highly protective over their young. Their special pouch provides a safe and cosy environment to help their young grow and develop into strong individuals – and survive the wild. They look simple from the outside but are incredibly complex on the inside, custom-built to provide all the support the baby roo might need.
 
Just like the Origin Mattress. It is similarly simple and elegant on the outside, but incredibly complex on the inside. It is designed to provide a cosy, supportive haven to help all get the supercharged sleep they need – to overcome all the obstacles of modern life – and live it to the fullest!
