1. Emma Comfort Mattress did not incorporate pocketed springs giving Origin Hybrid more edge due to unmatched firmness and luxurious comfort all night

The Origin Hybrid’s pocketed spring technology makes it exceptionally comfortable. The Origin Hybrid provides a comfortable night’s sleep thanks to its high-quality construction, which has up to 870 pocketed springs in the King size and a spring height of 19 centimeters. The 25.4 cm thickness of the Origin Hybrid contributes to its high level of comfort and support.

The Emma Comfort Mattress differs from the Origin Hybrid because it does not feature pocketed springs or a set spring height. However, the desired health benefits, such as better posture or reduced stress, may still need to be achieved. Its thickness of 25 centimeters indicates that it will not be as plush as the Origin Hybrid.

2. Origin Hybrid provides better value for money for Australians compared to the Emma Comfort Mattress with a $110 lower price yet higher quality

The Origin Hybrid and the Emma Comfort Mattress offer comparable support and comfort at $699 and $809.00, respectively. Because of this decrease in cost, the Origin Hybrid is now more accessible to a wider audience. The Origin Hybrid strikes a great balance between luxury materials, cutting-edge technology, and amazing comfort, all at a more reasonable price.

3. The Origin Hybrid offers a 120-night trial period while Emma Comfort Mattress has only a 100-night trial

The Origin Hybrid has a trial period that is 20 days longer than the Emma Comfort Mattress. Customers have the opportunity to test out the mattress for 20 more nights to determine if it meets their needs in terms of comfort, support, and overall feel. The added time can be very useful, especially considering how crucial individual preferences for mattress comfort are.

4. Origin Hybrid’s Superior 6-Layer Structure with Bamboo-Infused Memory Foam vs. Emma’s 3-Layer Regular Foam

Unlike the Emma Comfort Mattress, which uses standard foam, the Origin Hybrid features a more advanced 6-layer design incorporating Bamboo-Infused Memory Foam. The Origin Hybrid’s extra layer of comfort and support is something you’ll notice immediately and appreciate throughout the night. The Origin Hybrid has a more luxurious feel than the Emma Comfort Mattress thanks to the memory foam infused with bamboo charcoal. This foam is hypoallergenic and has cooling capabilities.

Conclusion

The Origin Hybrid provides a more refined and opulent night’s sleep than the Emma Comfort Mattress because of its higher number of pocketed springs, the inclusion of Bamboo-Infused Memory Foam for increased comfort and responsiveness, and the more significant number of layers. The Origin Hybrid stands out from the crowd for several reasons, not the least of which is its superior value for the money. Customers in Australia looking for a high-quality mattress at a value for money price point will find the Origin Hybrid a fantastic option because of its many advantageous features and perks.

1. Origin Hybrid Pro uses Graphite Crystal Latex, the world’s greatest thermal conductor, compared to regular memory foam found in Emma’s mattress

The Origin Hybrid Pro Mattress leverages a hybrid structure combining foam, latex, and pocketed springs, creating an optimal balance of comfort and support. Including the revolutionary graphite crystal latex; the world’s best thermal conductor that enhances the mattress’s cooling effect and contributes to an even more responsive bounce for improved comfort.

However, the Emma Diamond Hybrid Mattress does not even include a latex layer. Given Australia’s warm environment, the absence of this material may result in poor breathability and heat management.

Latex is a very sought after material when it comes to mattresses, and it’s also costly – which is why latex is more common in premium/luxury mattresses.

At Origin we strive to give the highest quality at the most affordable price point, so we managed to work together with our factory to offer our revolutionary graphite cooling latex at an affordable price.

2. Origin Hybrid Pro offers a significant cost saving of $495, when compared to Emma Diamond Hybrid

The Origin Hybrid Pro costs AUD 1,499, significantly less than the Emma Diamond Hybrid, which retails at AUD 1,994. This places the Origin mattress as the more cost effective and budget-friendly option.

3. Origin Mattress offers a longer trial period of 120-nights compared to 100-nights offered by Emma

While 20 additional nights may not seem like a significant difference, those extra 20 nights provided by Origin’s sleep trial can make all the difference in your quest for the perfect mattress. Those 20 nights give you the time to truly assess the mattress’s comfort, durability, and overall performance, ensuring that it meets your expectations.

4. Origin Hybrid Pro is 22% thicker than the Emma Diamond Hybrid mattress

They both have a medium-to-firm firmness that works well for giving support and relieving pressure. However, at 30.5cm in thickness, the Origin Hybrid Pro is considerably thicker and more robust than Emma’s 25cm mattress.

5. Origin Hybrid Pro has more than 8x the number of pocket springs than the Emma Diamond Hybrid Mattress – offering more responsive & customised support

The Origin Hybrid Pro Mattress sets a high bar with up to 2,202 pocketed springs in its King Size variant. A higher spring count is associated with superior body contouring and responsiveness, enhancing the mattress’s adaptability to different sleeping positions.

In contrast, the Emma Diamond Hybrid Mattress utilises only 250 springs in its design with the same variant as Origin’s. While innovative, this choice may result in less adaptive support compared to the spring-infused structure of the Origin Hybrid Pro Mattress.

On top of that, the Origin Hybrid Pro also incorporates microsprings for even greater comfort and support, another feature lacking in Emma’s mattress.

6. Origin boasts 39 consumer awards, compared to Emma’s of 21 awards

Origin boasts 39 consumer awards compared to Emma’s 21, indicating higher customer satisfaction.

On top of that, Origin’s mattress has also been recognised as the “Top Rated Mattress in Australia” by News.com.au, a significant distinction that Emma does not hold.

7. When compared to Emma’s 10-year warranty, Origin provides an impressive 15-years warranty

Origin offers an impressive 15-year warranty, indicating their confidence in the mattress’s longevity. On the other hand, Emma only provides a 10-year guarantee.

Conclusion

The Origin Hybrid Pro offers superior value for money, boasting a range of high-quality features at a significantly lower price point. Its longer trial period, warranty, positive consumer rating, and awards underline its superior quality and comfort.

Extra back support, a revolutionary cooling mechanism, remarkable durability, and hand-stitched finishing are all hallmarks of a high-quality mattress. Natural latex and genuine titanium springs are just two of the premium components in the Origin Hybrid Pro mattress that contribute to a more revitalising, comfortable, and supportive night’s sleep.

Overall, we objectively find that the Origin Hybrid Pro is a more sensible option than the Emma Diamond Hybrid for Australian consumers, regardless of their sleeping habits or financial situation.
